Salman Khan’s full name is Abdul Rashid Salim Salman Khan, He is popular as Salman Khan in Bollywood industry. He is very care full about him body. He never skips his workout schedule routine. When he has a busy schedule, he may choose the time for at 2 am in the late night. His date of birth is 27 December 1965 in place of Indore. His upcoming movies as Tubelight, Tiger Zinda Hai.

These days Salman had interest in spicy Italian and Indian foods. Also his favorite food is ice creams, Pav bhajis, and pizzas. This time he has protein rich diet food like Milk, comprising fish, meat, egg white. Salman khan says that this kind of food he eats is the most important to the body for their workout.

  • Breakfast- Low-fat milk with 4 whites Eggs.
  • Pre-workout - protein shake, 2 egg and amino acid tablets.
  • Post workout- 3 egg , protein bar Almonds and oats.
  • Lunch- 5 Chapatis, Veggies and salad,
  • Snack: nuts including almonds and Protein bar.
  • Dinner: chicken, 2 egg whites /Vegan soup, fish.

We already saw Salman's body in the movies such as Wanted, Veer, Sultan and Kick which is made by tight struggle by him. He does 1000 push-ups and 2000 sit-ups or 500 abdominal crunches daily. He do workout minimum 3 hours for every day in the gym. He mostly concentrated in exercising his biceps, abs and triceps.
